This girl. She is something else. So much character. Her mom needed some pictures for their baptism announcement, so we drove up toΒ  Snowbasin, Utah one evening for a few hours.

Seylah turned 1!

February 21, 2013

Seylah’s parents are no longer counting her age by months. She is now 1 year old! Crazy how much faster life goes by as you get older. I had always heard older people saying this exact thing when I was younger but never understood how true it was. I am sure this first year flew by for Seylah’s parents. I am so happy to have been able to help capture some of this time for them so they can look back and remember how sweet she was before she was a teenager :). Thanks Seylah, for being such a beautiful model!

Piper and Zeffie. I have had the pleasure of photographing them several times. Each time I get the opportunity I remember how adorable and fun they are. Zeffie is still young but from what I see they have completely opposite personalities. Zeffie is pretty mellow and Piper isn’t πŸ™‚ Love them both!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving? Mine was great. I was able to spend some much needed time with my wife and kids. I got in some exercise. I went running on Wednesday, played flag football on Thursday, and went biking on Friday. I hurt everywhere! I went to see Warrior with the guys. It was a great movie. One of my top 10 favorites.

A few weeks ago I spent some time with the Burtons taking their family pictures. They are like family to me. It was really good to see them and catch up. Such cute kids!

I really love the Kunkel Family. I don’t think it would be possible to take a bad picture of any of them. Dale did a great job getting his kids to smile but I shouldn’t have looked back. That is something I will never be able to delete from my memory. I also got them to sit on the cold, wet ground πŸ™‚ Fun session for sure!
