This girl. She is something else. So much character. Her mom needed some pictures for their baptism announcement, so we drove up to  Snowbasin, Utah one evening for a few hours.

Ethan came to visit me in my studio the other day. He was a little nervous at first but he warmed up and we got some great pictures for his mom and dad.

Cohen is one silly kid. I have known him for years and he used to be shy. Not any more. There were a few times during our session that he asked if he could hold my hand while we were walking around and he talked my ear off. Crazy how quickly time goes by and how things change.

In between rain storms and gusts of wind we walked out into the orchard. There were some new additions to the orchard from last fall. There were some bee hives set around the orchard. It was fun watching the hives with Kami, her mother, and her brothers. We were careful not to disturb them while we got some great pictures of Kami in her baptism dress. She was stunning!

Seylah turned 1!

February 21, 2013

Seylah’s parents are no longer counting her age by months. She is now 1 year old! Crazy how much faster life goes by as you get older. I had always heard older people saying this exact thing when I was younger but never understood how true it was. I am sure this first year flew by for Seylah’s parents. I am so happy to have been able to help capture some of this time for them so they can look back and remember how sweet she was before she was a teenager :). Thanks Seylah, for being such a beautiful model!
